ABOUT US / FLIGHT TEAM
Aero Equipt Aviation, Inc. was acquired in the year 2007 from its first registered name Aero Equipt Technical Services, Inc. which initially operated as an Air Taxi Charter Operator but then transitioned into a flight training organization. Our operations, ground school, and simulator trainings are located in our hangar at Subic Bay International Airport.
Since our inception, we hold a clear record of Zero Accident Cases and continue to develop safety policies and practices to ensure the health and safety of our employees, students, and pilots.
Aside from our license to operate as a flying school, we are currently in the process of re-acquiring our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to expand our operations.

We are one with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) to ensure the best quality and highest safety standards for our students and stakeholders. Aero Equipt Aviation Inc. has been awarded by the CAAP with the “Zero Accident Award” since its inception from 2007

Message from the President
My vision has been to create an outstanding academy which aims to train potential students to become the best pilots. This led me to acquire a Hangar at Subic Bay International Airport and form Aero Equipt Aviation Academy in 2007. Over the years, we have trained more than 100 students from Philiopines, South Korea, Iran, Nepal and other countries across the globe.
We have recruited the best team of flight instructors from the Philippines and India and have also engaged partnership with a professionally managed Firm, Vatsala Consultancy Services Inc. The Vatsala team comprises of Capt. Vedant Bhardwaj who has accomplished a Flight Instructor’s License, Capt. Reynan K. Fuentebella who works as a Line Captain/Type Rating Instructor with Cebgo/Cebu Pacific Air, along with Ms. Sonia Mansukhani in Marketing and Mr. Jiten Dialani in Finance.
As an ATOC, AMO, and AOC license holder, we have the capacity to offer Private Practice License training, Commercial Pilot License training, Instrument Rating, Simulator training for budding Pilots as well as a maintenance and aircraft parking space for aviation companies. We have an aircraft fleet of two Cessna-152s and two Cessna-172s that are managed by a strong team: our Head of Training, Flight Instructors, and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who bring in diverse experiences from their fields to offer the best results.
